Pros: Fits fairly well under a helmet and it's a good thing that there isn't a cold air gap between the cuff and the liner. Stop the wind. Disadvantages: Cannot be pulled over the nose as not much air can get through the fleece. It just fogs up your glasses/glasses. The fleece is of poor quality and for guys if you don't shave ten seconds before applying it to your mustache the material will rip leaving you with black fuzz all over your face and it's actually pretty hard to shave off. Because fleece is so impermeable, your breath condenses on the inside of the fabric, turning it into a thin, slimy mass. Solution: Use this in combination with a suitable ski face shield and keep the shellaclava under the chin. You don't have a slimy fluffy mess, no cold drafts on your neck and your glasses don't fog up.
