Review on Premium ROAM Dog Collar - Adjustable Heavy Duty Nylon Collar with Quick-Release Metal Buckle by Rebecca Vattikuti

Looks like a solid collar. We bought it because of the metal buckle. It arrived 2 days ago and today the rivet holding the clasp and spring came loose and the collar fell off our dog. Glad we were at home and not out for a walk. We found a plastic tooth and spring, but the rivet must have come loose. We can't even find this piece. It was an expensive dog collar and we loved it but were very disappointed. We will return the collar and parts for a refund. Update: ROAM support contacted me right after they received the broken collar which I sent back. They were very helpful and interested in what happened to the collar so they could check it out. I appreciate good customer service, they sent me their newest addition to their line, the 6ft leash. It has a cariber on the end that attaches to the collar, looks like a good design. Thank you ROAM for good customer service. For this reason, I am adjusting my review accordingly.
