Review on Ceramic Kitchen Knives Anti Slip Handle by Corey Soto

Originally this set of knives was a BEAST. I liked the size options and was surprised at how durable such a thin knife was (compared to my Faberware ceramic which is still 5 years strong). Incredibly sharp - it seemed just what I wanted. Now, 7/8 months later, he has shown his true colors. Of course, between my girlfriend and I, someone cooks every day. However, when the blade started to chip I became a bit worried (second picture). Today we finally said goodbye to our friend because today's carrot and ginger cut ended way too soon. From now on we will probably only stay with Faberware ceramics :/
