Great for cutting pumpkin

I bought these to cut spaghetti squash because my other knives couldn't cut it. They were perfect and cut the squash with no problem.

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • This makes me angry

Blunt knives are best for the kitchen and dining room

I'm just blown away by the people who gave these horrible knives 4 and 5 stars. Don't waste yours on Dull. Cuisinart ceramic knives are much better. The quality of the steel is important and IMPORTANT for sharpness.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Some issues

It sucks for specialty knives

I hate to say it but they suck and not sharp at all I can't even cut a tomato with them. I will not buy again and will choose another brand that I trust. The sizes are also uncomfortable, not wide enough or long enough.

Pros
  • Done
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Love it. in Cutlery & Knife Accessories

I love these ceramic knives, I like to use them for chopping vegetables, they work better than any other knife. They are also ideal for very thin slices of cheese when the knife is pre-moistened. That's incredible value.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • No

As expensive but much cheaper

Ceramic knives are very sharp and last a long time but not forever. We bought these to replace a set of top quality ceramic knives and they are just as good and the handles are even better. The only real differences are the price. Impossible to beat the same quality at a much lower price.

Pros
  • Good workmanship
Cons
  • Band

Good knives but stained

These knives are easy to clean and very inexpensive. I gave 4 stars for ease of use because for me the balance of getting the blade at the exact angle I want isn't perfect. However, I still use them differently than most. I cut bagels and need to be cut at the right angle so I don't scratch the plastic sheet. This is an update. I know I've used them for a while and love the balance and feel. Especially the medium size. However, they are spotty! Ugly brown in the cut corner.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time

Sharp but brittle, good for kitchen and dining room

Originally this set of knives was a BEAST. I liked the size options and was surprised at how durable such a thin knife was (compared to my Faberware ceramic which is still 5 years strong). Incredibly sharp - it seemed just what I wanted. Now, 7/8 months later, he has shown his true colors. Of course, between my girlfriend and I, someone cooks every day. However, when the blade started to chip I became a bit worried (second picture). Today we finally said goodbye to our friend because today's…

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Hard to tell
