The bonnet pillars were found stiff/faulty the first time which means they won't retract and I know how they are supposed to fold. They need to be tucked away and tied with a lid so the spacers open when you cut open the lid. Mine came already open and could not be confiscated. I don't understand how I can get the same item twice in a row after returning the first pair for the same issue. The company didn't help me by saying to try to install it because once installed it works but that was a lie because it damaged my hood when I tried to close it! I do not recommend this product or company! Completely unsatisfied.
