A shoehorn that lasts!

I have had three long-handled shoehorns with metal "spoons" and all three broke or came apart at some point, so I thought I'd try wood. It won't bend or break and is working out very well. It would be nice if the handle were a few inches longer, but I plan on ordering another one to leave in the basement for outdoor shoes. If you're looking for a durable, easy shoehorn, I'd recommend giving this one a try.

Pros

Does what I need. New slip on shoes are tight. This helps to get them on easily.

Cons

The wooden material may become rough or splintered, causing discomfort during use
