Drilling a 1 1/4 " hole is the hardest part
Just installed this through my 02 4Runner firewall to run a ton of extra wiring for switches, inverters, etc. I didn't have to worry make tearing it through the hole. I would recommend taking a file around the edges and using caulk around the ring to ensure a seal, just in case.
