Learned a lesson about low voltage lighting
Installed in an RV. The Dimmer Switch does everything it says it will with 12VDC LED lights, functions good, looks good. Install was challenging. The switch has to be disassembled and the little ribbon cable and connectors are an exercise in patience. My lesson learned on this install was that the light fixtures can NOT be grounded to the chassis. They must be all harnessed back to this switch. The dimming function happens through the neg (-) side of the switch. Hope it saves you disassembling/rewiring your project!
