Used! The seller contacted me via email asking what needs to be done to change my rating. I asked them to send a new dryer for free for the product and shipping, I would try. Don't waste your MONEY! This article is terrible. The cable still looks old. I tried to use it but there is no thermal protection on the handle, it gets very hot. Cannot be used for very long. I don't like giving bad reviews but this product isn't worth the money when you can buy a better product for the price.
