This Halloween-themed nail art kit was a major letdown. While the luminous feature was intriguing, the polish texture was thick and difficult to apply. The overall quality was not up to par with other beauty products in the same category. On the bright side, it did come with a decent variety of colors... Unfortunately the difficult application and poor quality make it difficult to recommend this product..
