The chairs are very durable and have a comfortable seat. The assembly instructions were generally simple, but the company suggested loosening the screws and lifting the chair from a height of 30-50 feet cm onto a flat surface to level the chair, mind your toes and try to land straight. . It worked for one of the chairs but not the other (must have tried this over 10 times to no avail). Finally we removed the plastic feet and used the felt feet we added for the level. Definitely a disappointment process. There were minor cuts on the legs and on one of the legs part came loose from the black painted area which had to be taped to keep it from coming loose. The cushions appear to be of good quality but the stained wooden legs look worn.
