I am just starting to bake bread. Wanted a good place to store them. Found these bags here on revain. When I got them, I washed them per instructions, let them dry and then they were ready ! I wrapped the bread in waxed paper first, per instruction. Today is day 6 that the bread has been in the bag, what is left is still moist and soft ! I was surprised that the bread would stay soft. Crust was getting a little dry, but I made sure my family re-wrapped the bread first. When they did that, The bread actually softened some. I really like these linen bread bags. Highly recommended .
