Quite annoying: The metal casing of this surge protector looks, feels and sounds like plastic. The only way to know if it's metal is to use a magnet. WHY? Years later, when the house will only have a surge protector, who will remember it's metal? Do we need to check them all with a magnet? Pretty much everyone who chooses this surge protector is paying too much because they want a metal body - would it kill them to want to make it a little more obvious? Why make a metal surge protector with a plastic bottom? Again, the only reason to pay a premium for it is the metal. Does anyone feel three sides of metal is what they need? Aggravating.
