I expect my show laces to be strong, a good size, with tips that don't fray easily, or inexpensive and not so big that I can't slip them through the eyelets. With Naboo laces it fits my needs 100%. Add to that the fact that they are made in America and deserve a good 5 stars. Conclusion: 5 stars! Steel Edge Mens Running Shoes Athletic Shoes These shoes came to me at just the right time as my older pair had a sole that was becoming unusable. Here's what I like about them: - They're almost true to size (almost, because maybe a little longer than I expected) - They're light - They're breathable - They make you want to run... - The sticker on the inside says so are 100% handmade (in China) (not sure if that means no leather or machines) but the sewing/gluing seems on par with more established brands. I like the following a lot less: - Expensive for a brand I don't know... - The sole is very hard and stiff. The only thing that flexes is the toe box. - The insole does not provide very much arch support. I will probably have to switch it to other soles to get the best comfort. Bottom line: I've worn these shoes for walking/jogging about 12 miles and they've held up well. I don't have the crazy discomfort that some other reviewers have mentioned. If it weren't for the price I would give them 4 stars but as I think a brand needs to make a name for itself before they increase the price of their products I think these shoes deserve 3 stars.
