
As a lay person with a reasonable idea of what it does, fitting was quite difficult but not impossible. No wonder that stupid screw on the original windshield washer reservoir probably took the most time. I didn't have any tools to get at it, so all I had to do was cut open the attached plastic wash tub to remove the wash tub. With the 3.8 V6 I had some trouble getting the CAI fitted and tightened securely but with a little effort I installed it fine. The new air intake sounds very good. Nothing special but you can really tell the difference in the engine sound. At around 4500rpm you can actually hear it start sucking in air, which sounds fantastic and gives a nice boost in power. The instructions are really simple and you can just follow this path. The only thing I would recommend is to remove the headlight entirely so you have more room to work.
