I find it difficult to determine the size of a dog as there are so many different sizes. However, this thing is bulky, fragile, and too small in some places and too big in others. I don't feel like it suits her and neither does she. I can't risk it slipping out so I don't use it and hesitate to try another purchase. She is a Chihuahua/Maltese/Spitz and is often approached by a medium. But not all sizes are created equal and you almost have to go shopping with her so she can try everything on. I can't imagine it being so much fun over the long term.
