Review on 📷 DoHonest D5 Backup Camera Bracket Adapter with Power Adapter: Ideal for Furrion Pre-Wired RVs and Trailers (FRCBRKT-BL Compatible) by Jim Kriegshauser

This beautiful kit includes everything you need to connect to a Furrion pre-wired backup camera system. Item was in stock, well packaged and arrived quickly. However, the holes did not match the DoHonest wireless camera. As a number of other reviewers have noted, you can overdrill the holes, but then the metal becomes exposed and susceptible to rust. I was looking at the DoHonest D6 mount and assuming the picture in the Revain listing matches the size (which turned out to be the case when I held the D5 mount up to the picture of the D6 mount on my computer screen) the holes on the camera seem to match the D6's curved slots better. I sent back D5 and ordered D6. I hope it will be like this. UPDATE 7/24/21. Received the D6 today and as expected the curved slots on the D6 mount match up very well with the holes on the camera mount. And the D6 came with all the mounting screws, nuts and bolts that the D5 had, although they aren't shown or mentioned in the Revain listing. A much better option when adding a DoHonest backup camera to your RV with Furrion's pre-installed backup mount.
