Will not fit in aquarium

These leaves will look exactly like the picture when attached to your aquarium wall. Unfortunately, just like the picture, they run parallel to the wall of your tank and you can't get them to stretch out into your tank like a hammock for your betta to climb on or under. Extremely disappointing. My bettas aren't happy either.
