I've had a tension headache and my muscles are twitching for a month. I have a lump in my neck that makes a headache unbearable. I bought it instead of going to a chiropractor. I received it on September 2nd. I immediately charged and used it and it worked amazingly. I've been using it every day so far and it doesn't seem to be as strong as it was for the first few days. I didn't use it yesterday just to make sure I'm not the only one getting used to it. But there is still not such an intensity as in the first two days. I have requested a replacement. If the replacement holds up I'll update my review, if not it's the same case and I'll request a refund.
