The FAMS system is very detailed and has the ability to track and report on everything related to our assets and their usage. The dashboard and reports are easy to understand and navigate through. Also the asset register has very good search features within it. Reporting on assets for financial reporting would be a lot easier, reporting and tracking would be easier and more useful. There can be times when using the systems to view other people's jobs when you have not logged into the system and logged back in. A lot of our staff can look at work others have submitted.
