Nothing- I like everything about it! It saves me time because all my info is in one place so there’s no need to check multiple sources for information or keep going back into different systems when I have something come up with another system (like finding someone to appraise our goods).

The only downsides are that sometimes they don't update their pages fast enough which can be frustrating at times but once those updates happen you're good again. If your looking into getting some inventory items tracked as well then you'll love how easy it makes tracking them since you just add what's needed from time to time instead of having separate entries/systems etc like other programs would require.
