I bought this heater a year ago and already have to buy a new one to replace it. It worked fine for a while but the outside temperature LED part is heavy and the hook on the suction cup doesn't hold up well so I often find it hanging on the tank. The suction cups on the heater block itself don't hold up well either. All of these things were able to be fixed but for the last 2 months it went into error mode and reported high temps even though the water temp was fine. (I have a separate thermometer strip to check). This happens so often that it gives a falsely high temp, so I check the temp 8-9 times a day. I bought my previous heater from UPETTOOLS which also didn't work so it's time to try a new manufacturer.
