This function is useful because it allows you to quickly unlock your phone, but you can only use it after the first five times if your finger is somewhat damp. Using this machine would not allow for this to happen. I put a decent glass on it when I bought it, but after three weeks I pulled it off and tried to use my finger instead, but it was still ineffective.
