I've been using VCDS (another, the most common programmer) for 5 years. I wanted to get OBD Eleven when they first came out but there was too much typical change hate in the VAG-COM crowd so I was shy. No Regrets, whatever you can do to another, you can do to this one. It is much more user-friendly, the application is mostly intuitive. The biggest advantage these guys have over the other guys is the unlimited VIN which allows for a lifetime membership. I've used it on an 18 Atlas SELR, 2 x 14 Beetle, '01 Beetle, '16 Passat and maybe soon an ID .4. Don't take the other guys if you plan on using it multiple times or vehicles. Great diagnostic tool, great programmer, great in every way.
