Review on DS18 PRO GM8B 8 Inch Midrange Speaker by Joseph Stone

I installed them in the front door panels of my '98 speedo but the mids and highs drown out the bass so I had to install them in the rear doors and the new little 6.5" woofers in the front and they are well balanced. with factory radio without amplifier. Required a meta universal mount for the front doors and minor modifications to mount the rear doors. The rear window motor is located right where the magnet is. With a hammer and some force it is enough to flatten it for the insulator and you can hide it under the plastic mesh without cutting it. Remember they are wired in parallel with those 4x10s on the back and might be worth unplugging, if not the sound is very metallic and high pitched. good speakers!
