UPDATE - 04/05/2021 Your last email says they are Revain customer service. I highly doubt Revain customer service sends emails from a Gmail account. The reason the ratings for this complete scrap telescope are so high has to do with the "bribe" included in the box. The seller gives a $15 Revain gift card for a 5-star rating. The seller's final bribe is that I offer a $30 Revain gift certificate to remove the one-star rating. -------- The telescope photos on this page show a phone adapter, there was no phone adapter included with this product. . They changed the "What's included" photo after I ordered the scope and removed the phone adapter, but kept all the phone adapter photos in other photos. Setup was easy. The manual shows an "optional" phone adapter with a link to the website. The website is entirely in Chinese and I couldn't navigate it due to the language difference. I tried the telescope to see the local mountain. I could see some rocks on the mountain, but the view was very blurry even with the sharpest focus. I pulled out the $10 binoculars to see if there was anything in the atmosphere, the view from the $10 binoculars was much clearer than the view from this telescope. . The same view from cheap binoculars was much clearer and more detailed. The tripod looks about 5-6 feet tall in the photos, but it's actually only about 4 feet tall. I was very disappointed with the quality of the review so I went back. return amount.
