WARNING: MY RATING IS BASED ON MY CAMERA VIEW ONLY AND NOT MY EYES. Personally, I don't recommend seeing this sight with the naked eye. Video: 600 yards, 12" disc. I was planning to buy this scope for single shots at long range. I like to shoot alone, which means I don't have a spotter. Obviously this is a big problem when shooting at long ranges as you can't always tell where your bullets will hit. Because of this, I decided that my phone's (Galaxy S10) camera would record my shots through this scope. I was skeptical at first but pulled the trigger (pun intended) as it was very cheap and I could afford to throw it away. God, this exceeded my expectations. Pros: I can see targets up to 300 yards easily and clearly (remember these targets I shot were only 8" to 18" in diameter). Targets beyond 300 started to look a little blurry and distorted, but it wasn't enough to prevent me from seeing where I was hitting. Because I can tell exactly where I scored from 600 meters. I think my phone was also a factor because I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 which has one of the best phone cameras out there. I'd love to see 600+ yards but the range I'm going to get has a max range of 600. I'm sure I can use the Pinty 700+ yards though. Terrain: the distance from your eye to the viewing lens). As I mentioned, I only use this scope with my phone, but if you plan to use this scope with the naked eye, you're going to have a hard time because your eyeball should almost be kissing the glass. This isn't the scope you want to buy if a spotter is going to be using it. In addition, it is difficult to adapt the phone adapter to the lens. My video and pics could probably look better if I fine-tuned and synced my phone and scope, but damn it's complicated. Overall this is a great CAMERA PHONE. In fact, few people at the shooting range came up to me and asked about my setup. I saw that they keep the scope on the Amazon wish list.
