Super precise, super high quality, but buyer beware this is not for the novice to install!I constructed an entire wall to wall built in book case, this was absolutely the hardest and unequivocally the most difficult thing I had to do! I'm a pretty good carpenter, but I had to take 3 days just to wrap my head around the way this mounts, IT'S VERY PRECISE AND YOU ONLY GET ONE CHANCE or your whole project is screwed and you have to start over or somehow cover up your mistake especially if it's all trimmed out and finished or painted like mine.HINT: If you were to mount it to a flat board first then mount that board it would make it a whole lot easier, I didn't have that choice because I didn't wanna cover up all my trim work I had completed (and painted).Whew! It's up and absolutely gorgeous and perfect. I'll up-date later with a photo once I get my "antique" ladder finished that I chose to go with for the character I'm going for in my library study.Ona a scale of 1-5 in difficulty to install, I give it a 10+!Good luck with your installation, it's worth the trouble.Tray Burge
