SKLZ uncertain again. This company makes excellent golf equipment. I use their yellow tempo machine and it's just great. So much so that others are copying it. This machine works great for building golf muscles, stretching and getting a good swing rhythm. Under no circumstances should you inflate this exercise stick, it will help create a repeatable swing. All my golfing life I've thought about my grip. Although I hit the driver head on and my misses are toe punches and left pulls. Tempo is important for a controlled swing. Nothing is more important than a good golf grip. The SKLZ trainer helps you quickly get used to changing grips. For me, it was "the right thumb and the inside of the index finger that just never feel right. It's small, light and fits the clubs you swing. It is inexpensive but of good quality.
