My antenna on my Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio was dented for some reason I can't explain. I was looking for a cover so I wouldn't have to dismantle the ceiling etc and install a new antenna. I have to say this cover is amazingly built and fits the Stelvio antenna with the utmost precision. I just don't know why all these cases are made out of real carbon fiber which protects against radio frequencies. Imitation carbon fiber or just black plastic will do. There is signal drop off, but not enough to affect my radio or GPS. Satellite radio is now intermittent. I hate satellite radio because the sound quality is terrible. Apple Car Play gave me the best quality to listen to free streaming stations from around the world, so I don't care. I installed it and it's perfect, it couldn't get any better, it's a masterfully crafted piece of carbon fiber.
