We have ordered this set of knives twice and both times it has been a very disappointing experience. With our first order we only received a magnetic board and no knives. There was a tiny but still visible crack on the board. We decided to order another one as the reviews were very good. The second order included both a magnetic board and knives. The magnetic board looked bad, the bottom corners were crumpled and there were traces of glue on the front of the board. All knives had various scratches and abrasions on the handles. In contrast to a magnetic board, the knives did not have their own box, but were simply wrapped in bubble wrap. We intended to use this product as a gift but the quality control, packaging and overall presentation are just unacceptable.
