the screen didn't really need to be changed, I've already replaced this phone with 11 but I decided to let it can give to someone else. Installation took a little longer than I expected, but still took me less than an hour. As you can see in the two photos (one is a screenshot of my 11) and the other is the replacement screen of the 8plus, both are in night mode, full warm and full brightness. I personally use my phone with very low brightness most of the time. So if you're like me it sure isn't a big deal, but if you play a lot of games or just use your phone a lot for movies, YouTube, social networking, etc. I've found it annoying. 4 stars overall, nothing was damaged on arrival and it had everything I needed plus a few tools I didn't have. This part is useful because if I need to replace another screen, I already have the tools and can probably find the screen separately at a lower price.
