Review on Enhanced Performance Tool W54219 Needle Nose Grease Gun Adapter by Scott King
Purchased to lubricate the front driveshaft on a 2017 Ram 3500.
Needed to lubricate the front driveshaft on my Ram 3500 (4WD). Unfortunately, it doesn't have a standard Zerk fitting, instead it has a flush point lube point, which means you need that needle-style grease gun fitting to squirt grease. Lubricating this spot is painful as it is very dense and inconvenient to access. To mount this needle fitting to a grease gun, unscrew and screw in a standard Zerk oil fitting and you're done. The grease needle I received didn't look exactly like the product photo, so I've included a few photos to show what you're likely to get. Hope that helps.
