This product was covered in scratches and did not include an AC adapter. It should look and work like new, and any defective parts should be replaced, including the power supply. I had a universal power supply that I used and it worked, but it doesn't look like it should from the description. The seller told me it was a factory repair and I could send it back for a refund. They said that only an internal update. It cannot be said to be updated if it does not match the description of the updated product.
