Review on 🔪 Mercer Culinary Millennia Black Handle, 11-Inch Slicer: Slice with Precision and Comfort by Teresa Brady

I saw a package on my doorstep as I pulled into my driveway. The size of the box indicated that I was not receiving an 11 inch guillotine but an 18th century samurai sword. nope Just a knife in a plastic bag. No filler, foam rubber peanuts. Just a huge box and my long-awaited knife. In other pictures in the reviews 50% chopped meat and 50% chopped fingers. That thing is hot as a banana. But its design is awesome. Long, thin and heavily balanced blade, extremely sharp. It slices chicken breasts with ease. The indentations prevent the meat from sticking to the knife, so you can cut further without prying off stuck pieces. My new favorite knife! When the stitches run out I'll edit the review and show the slaughterhouse. Until then I will be careful.
