Review on Andersen Tribeca® Style Gliding Thumb by Darren Cole

Broke in less than 6 months. Pretty disappointed. Of course the original broke too, so what did I expect? Although it probably broke due to the receiver latch being broken, as well as additional pressure on the manual latch where both broke. But that just goes to show how crappy the whole thing is. The door itself sucks too. The edge sags, it's drafty, mold wants to grow on the inside edge of the wood where it can't reach (I spray vinegar on it from the crevice to keep it at bay), and it often ripens on the inside bottom margin, which raises all sorts of questions. However, I gave it two stars as it may be an instillation issue. However, it shouldn't be so cheesy at first. Doors is only about 8 years old and had these problems in her freshman year.
