Review on CUTLERY Narihira Nakiri Double Edged FC 80 by Julio Solano

This knife is very sharp and light, it cuts Menudo like butter but the handle comes off the blade. The handle breaks with a slight twist of the blade or with pressure on it. I would not recommend this knife for home use unless you take good care of it. The handle is untreated so make sure you have mineral oil. Don't buy it if you plan to use it professionally and I wouldn't give it to people with little experience with knives, they will probably break or ruin it if they let it air dry.
