It doesn't always connect, sometimes it asks for a connection and not just an automatic connection.
Purchased for use in a 2021 Infiniti Q50. Installation was easy, plug in and you'll be prompted to connect to Bluetooth on the car's Apple CarPlay screen. By default it should reconnect automatically at this point every time the car is started. This one connected automatically 7 times out of 15 I would say, other times I had to manually tell it to connect on the screen. And at least twice it wouldn't let me connect and wouldn't connect.
