This thing is great. Does what it says it’s supposed to. When you have an SUV with a rooftop box and kayak rack this really aided the access to these spots. Why 4 stars? I see that if there was a little design tweak it could pack flatter. There is two bars that form the triangulated support below the platform you stand on. They are such now to where they stack on top of one another. The missed opportunity is if one were a little wider/narrower they could nest into each other better resulting in an ever more pack able design. It’s almost* perfect though folks. Got stuff on your roof? Get this.
