Installation was very easy. I just plugged in external speakers on the back and that was it. FM radio reception worked well even without the antenna connected. In the box was what appeared to be an FM antenna, but I don't see an option to connect it to the device. Bluetooth connection was also easy and playback from my phone to external speakers worked very well. To my surprise, the unit came with a small remote control that allows you to select the FM channel and input, as well as adjust the volume. I find that the manual for the device is poor. There's no mention of the remote control, how to hook up an antenna (if at all possible), or how to set up FM stations as permanent channels. I'm sure I'll find out over time, but it's not clear why this information isn't included. I also note that Pyle offers an extended warranty and a free gift for posting a review on Amazon.
