Doesn't work, cannot be returned after installation

Delivery was quick and well packaged. Unfortunately it didn't work. I applied double sided tape prior to testing and was unable to return it. Nothing wrong with the installation, it definitely didn't work. I bought another one from an auto/electronics store and it worked with no problems. I recommend buying this device only from trusted specialists. $85 is literally down the drain.
