Let's begin with their "premium quality" offerings. They have a lot of options, to be sure, but the quality isn't great. I purchased a box of "vibrant and long-lasting" colored pencils, but found that they were actually rather dull and easily forgotten. The "unbeatable prices" are another red flag. In comparison to a high-end art supply retailer, they might be unbeatable, but if you're on the hunt for a deal, you should seek elsewhere. Other shops sold the same items for much less money. What exactly does this "exceptional customer service" entail? Their customer care representatives may or may not be from another planet. When I phoned to inquire about a missing item in my order, I received a canned response and no help. I was told a manager was "unavailable" when I asked to talk with one. Wow, that's unexpected. Caliart, in my opinion, is the pinnacle of failure. Don't waste your time or money going there.
