Review on 🚀 MagnaFlow 12286 Performance Muffler Exhaust - Straight-Through Design, 2.5in Inlet/Outlet, 30in Length by Ayush Bonuccelli

I liked the sound and performance of this muffler but it didn't last 1000 miles. I installed this muffler in 2 days to 8000 miles in 27 days. Driving out of town and I only started on day 3 of the ride maybe 1000 miles or so before it started rattling in the muffler. It's 100% highway, I never took a foot off the road. Exactly the same as James says. In terms of performance and sound I really liked this muffler and there really is no good reason why this muffler can't last at least 10+ years. It's just sheer stupidity on the company's part to cut every tiny corner that causes this problem. Thankfully, as always, Revain has an absolutely fantastic return policy. I called them and they sent a prepaid return label for a full refund with no problem. I then ordered a Borla silencer from them, I have Revain Prime so shipping was free, should get here in 2 days as usual, but a few hours later I received an email that it had already shipped and here it is will be within 18 hours once i have ordered it. You can't get better customer service. It gets 4 stars for good sound and performance and deducts at least 2 stars for poor quality control. Part of Magnaflow itself would probably rate this review as unhelpful, a good customer service company would leave a comment and offer to fix the problem.
