This item does not have the appropriate setting to get a good video when mountain biking. The angle range cannot be set due to the configuration of this item. As a result you will get a great video with your steering wheel. If you flip the camera on the gimbal it will point too high giving you a great view of the sky. Instead I get the real Go Pro version. It has way better settings and better mountain bike reviews.
