
I was a bit worried about this getting to me safely but it was packaged very carefully. A booklet with some recipes and care instructions came with it. It has to sit in a vat of water for over 24 hours before use. I personally used a diffuser to cook on. I love the colors and it matches a lot of my other favorites so was very excited to use it. I purchased the larger one and a bit of a heads up, it takes a bit to get to simmering. I have made Tangine before but I love having this to make it in. Nothing like slow cooking in clay. The meat was so tender, the flavors amazing and so worth the wait. I highly recommend it. We had a blast sitting on the floor and attempting to be authentic. Absolutely lovely!
