The barn door hardware came as described, the second time. The first time the entire rod was bent (likely a UPS issue) and refunding was a pain. We ordered the same hardware, however, because I really liked the wheel look on the top. The second time the product arrived exactly as expected. It was easy enough to mount (the nails included were too long so we had to purchase different ones). The door was really very heavy before mounting and it slides really easily. We are actually looking to add magnets to the hardware to slow it down a bit, as it slides SO easily! It came with one floor guide, and we'll be purchasing a second floor guide to prevent the door from hitting the trim when closing.Overall - the hardware is great, and likely will last quite some time.
