Added a 2-foot extension to my mobile table saw using the 16-inch folding shelf brackets, giving me 3-feet of sturdy, reliable support past the saw blade. The folding brackets operate effortlessly to extend the working area when needed and to collapse it for storage. When in use, it makes handling large pieces of wood safe and easy. It's also convenient when sawing multiple smaller pieces.These folding brackets are perfect for my needs.Caveats: 1. The screws that came with the 16-inch brackets seemed too flimsy for my purposes. Not a problem - I replaced them with longer, stronger mounting screws. 2. The vertical arm for the 16-inch brackets has three mounting holes, but only two screws were provided for each vertical arm. The instructions showed only two holes for the vertical arm. Perhaps the screws and instructions provided were meant for either the 10- or 12-inch versions.In any case, these brackets rock!
