UPDATE: Apparently the manager approved a higher refund but it went to the new hire's spam mail folder and wasn't seen. Once this was established I received a refund and a letter of apology. I have increased my rating from a negative 5 stars to 3 stars. ___________________________ I would give negative 5 stars if I could. The stereo I received will not work for 12 hours. The stereo seems to struggle with the Android system over which time settings to use, and 24-hour time always wins. I've been in contact with the seller for several months and had to harass him to get a response. After getting a few ideas that didn't work, they gave up. I asked to have my stereo replaced as it was broken because they said the fixes they provided worked on all their devices. Their response was, "No, your device is fine." Eventually, they offered a partial refund that was too low to permanently fix the problem. I asked for a bigger refund and they passed it on to their manager. Since I didn't hear from them anymore, I asked if they would refund the money or not. They said NO, their manager was waiting for me to write a 5 star review before considering a refund. Do yourself a favor and avoid this seller and their products.
