I'm going on a long drive and I know I don't want to experience it without access to my own music! My 2018 Mazda has a great audio system, but no CD player - it's supposed to support streaming services or other "new" technologies. Not for me! After a long search I found this gem - the right price and great sound. I connect it to my sound system using the cable that came with it to connect my console's aux jack to my CD player's headphone output. I suppose for a person familiar with cellular technology the idea of playing around with CDs would be unthinkable, but I'm very pleased! My only (minor) gripe is that I'm having a hard time getting used to the player's buttons and functions.
