Just buy them with binoculars

I gave this to myself for Christmas and I'm not only happy with it, I'm delighted. The clarity of the image, the lack of any distortion, the firmness in the hand, the low light performance, everything is just great. Yes, there is a bit of image judder compared to 8X42 when I hold it in my hands, but I really only notice it when I'm using it for astro viewing, and even then it's not too bad (and if it bothers me a lot , I could just install it on a tripod). Definitely not in the way of bird watching. My only minor gripe is that the housing is quite tight - I feel like I have to tuck the strap in there every time I put the binoculars back in. The case itself (and the strap) are of high quality. I dabbled in optics a lot and to do it better I would have to spend at least 2-3 times more, so just buy them. Those rocks.
